Koenigsegg Agera R vs. Porsche 918 Spyder

It’s official, it’s not that easy to overtake a Koenigsegg Agera R on the German autobahn, not even with a Porsche 918 Spyder, as the video below proves:

The video shows a Porsche 918 Spyder being overtaken by a Koenigsegg Agera R, the speeds then quickly go up to 350 km/h (218 mph), the Porsche doesn’t stand a chance. Light-rain and a freeway with other traffic is however perhaps not the best racing conditions…

Koenigsegg Agera R can can accelerate from 0–100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.8 second, in 2011 it broke six world land speed records for a production car, one of them is 0-300 km/h in 14.53 seconds. The Agera R runs on ethanol (E85).

Porsche 918 Spyder is a plug-in hybrid with acceleration 0-100km/h (60 mpg) in 2.5 seconds and 0-300 km/h in 19.9 seconds.
